Refund Eligibility Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-made or personalized furniture items
- Items damaged due to improper assembly or misuse
- Clearance or final sale items marked as non-returnable
- Products missing parts or tags
Refund Process

- Our team will provide return instructions and shipping label if applicable
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or defective product.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Defective Items
