Standard Shipping
- Delivery timeframe: 7-14 business days
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships
- Delivery to ground floor only; upstairs delivery available for additional fee
Delivery Process
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
Shipping Notification
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information and estimated delivery date.
Delivery Day
Our delivery team will contact you 24-48 hours before delivery to schedule your specific delivery window.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to contiguous United States addresses only
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not supported
- Someone 18 years or older must be present to accept delivery
- Please ensure clear access to your delivery location
Damaged or Missing Items
While we take great care in packaging your furniture, if you receive damaged items or notice missing parts:
- Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing
- Take photos of the damaged items and packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
We will promptly arrange for replacement parts or items as needed.
